A note on this house
The Pilot House is the smallest building on the estate — four hundred square feet of single-bedroom quiet, with a kitchenette, a working fireplace, and a bathroom of its own.
Most often added to a larger booking, it offers privacy for a couple, an in-law suite for a family, or a quiet room for two who would prefer not to share walls.
Originally an outbuilding for the working farm, the Pilot House has been carefully restored — its fireplace, its low ceiling, and its single window onto the water all intact.

Questions, considered
No — the Pilot House is only offered as an add-on to a larger party staying at the Main Lodge, Brick House, or another building on the estate. It's most often taken by a couple who wants their own quiet quarters within a bigger gathering.
It is suited to morning coffee, light breakfasts, and the occasional snack — not for full meals. Guests typically take dinners in the main buildings or at restaurants nearby.
Yes — it is a working wood fireplace, particularly welcome in the colder months.
