A note on this house

The Brick House sits closest to the water of any building on the estate — a recently restored eight-bedroom home with large rooms, original windows, and a modern kitchen that opens onto its own bar room.

Five of the eight bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms; a guest wing accommodates additional friends with privacy of its own. A private firepit and direct waterfront access make it the building most often chosen for smaller weddings and intimate corporate stays.

Original brick walls, restored beams, and updated mechanicals throughout make the Brick House feel both historic and current — a rare combination on a property this old.
