A Way of Gathering
Held quietly on one of the Eastern Shore's most coveted waterfront parcels, Moofy is composed not as a hotel, but as a home — opened, for a time, to those who arrive together.
Five distinct buildings stand among kitchen gardens, orchards, and the working life of a small farm — chickens, ducks, turkeys, and rabbits, with eggs collected each morning and shared with our guests.
The bay's edge holds a private dock for sailing, fishing, and crabbing. Beyond it, the towns of St. Michaels, Easton, and Oxford are within an unhurried drive.

Main Lodge
25 bedrooms
Twenty-five bedrooms gathered around a great room, a private chef's kitchen, and a saloon bar — the building at the center of every gathering.
Brick House
8 bedrooms
Eight rooms in a recently restored waterfront home, with a private firepit, a guest wing, and a bar room of its own.
Point Cottage
3 bedrooms
Three bedrooms and a loft at the westernmost tip of the estate. Secluded, sunset-facing, and as private as any house on the property.
Garden Cottage
4 bedrooms
Four rooms in a fifteen-hundred square-foot cottage with its own yard, outdoor dining, and full kitchen — set quietly amid the gardens.
Pilot House
1 bedroom
A one-bedroom cottage with kitchenette and fireplace — the smallest of the five, often added to a larger booking when a private retreat is required.
