Corporate Retreats
Offsites that
move and breathe
A full conference room, breakout spaces across five buildings,
and the open hours of a private estate on the Chesapeake.
Leave the Boardroom
Two hours from Washington and Baltimore, three from Philadelphia, with forty-one bedrooms held privately — and a thousand feet of waterfront for the afternoons that aren't on the agenda.
Most groups land somewhere between ten and eighty. The estate carries either end well: small leadership offsites tend to take the Brick House and Point Cottage; full company retreats use the whole place.
The Conference Room
Equipped to do real work
Our main meeting room is built for the day-long offsite — configurable seating, dual screens, hybrid-ready video, a podium for the keynote, and the technical equipment in steady supply.
- ·Two 65-inch flat screens — Rolling, configurable, dual-display ready
- ·OWL conferencing — 360° camera and mic for hybrid sessions
- ·A podium — For the morning keynote
- ·Flexible seating — U-shape, classroom, theater, banquet — your call
- ·Coffee, tea, water — Provided continuously; bar service on request
- ·Andrew, on-site — Our property manager handles every detail, in real time
Breakout Spaces
Six rooms, six tones
The estate's living rooms, sunrooms, dining rooms, and the library all serve as natural breakout space — quieter alternatives to the conference room, set in the houses themselves.
The dining room seats fifty for a presentation; a 55-inch rolling display moves between rooms; the art barn doubles as a creative workshop space.
Off-Hours Programming
For after the agenda
The best retreats are made in the off-hours. We build programming around what your team needs — competitive, reflective, social, or quiet — using the estate's range and our partners on the Shore.
