Sixty,
with three generations

By sixty, the people you most want around you span three generations. Moofy holds them all on one waterfront, comfortably and well.

A Note

By sixty, the people you want around you for a milestone are not just your friends — they're your siblings, your children, your children's partners, your grandchildren, the lifelong friends who became family. A private dinner doesn't accommodate that shape; a hotel reception doesn't carry the warmth.

Moofy was built for the kind of milestone where three generations gather for a weekend on a private waterfront. The Main Lodge by the great-room fireplace; the Point Cottage with its own kitchen for the families with young children; the Brick House for the close friends. Everyone wakes up on the same property.

Why Moofy

What makes the weekend hold

All the generations, all the rooms

Twenty-five bedrooms in the Main Lodge handle the central party. The Garden Cottage absorbs the families with young children. The Brick House holds the close circle. Everyone comfortable, no one displaced.

The shape of a meaningful celebration

A long Saturday dinner with toasts. A Sunday brunch with grandchildren running on the lawn. Time for the speeches and the photos and the conversations that aren't possible in a single evening.

Grandparents at the heart of it

The Main Lodge is laid out so that the central rooms — great room, library, dining room, porch — are easy to navigate. Comfort, accessibility, and the warmth of being at the center of the family.

A day on the water

A morning sail charter, an afternoon at the dock, a swim from the pier. The waterfront is the throughline of the weekend.

Capacity & Booking

Up to 41 overnight guests · accommodation accessible across all primary spaces · 2–3 night minimum

The Rhythm of the Weekend

A shape that most weekends share

Friday

Arrival across the afternoon, casual welcome supper on the lawn, the grandchildren running to the petting menagerie before bed.

Saturday

A leisurely morning, family portraits on the dock, a long lunch, afternoon on the water, a formal dinner with toasts and speeches.

Sunday

A grandparents' brunch with three generations at the long table, photos, the last swims of the visit.
