Is the estate held privately for our birthday?
Yes — Moofy is exclusive-use only. The whole property, all five buildings, the waterfront, the barn — held for your group alone for the duration of your weekend.
How many guests can you accommodate?
Forty-one bedrooms across five buildings — comfortable for 12 to 80 guests for the weekend. Day-of guest counts can stretch higher for the main dinner or party.
Is dinner included? What's the catering like?
Our chef partners build a custom menu for your weekend — plated dinner on the long table on the lawn, dancing in the barn after, breakfasts in the lodge. Allergies and dietary needs built in from the first call.
Can the kids stay too?
Absolutely — the Point Cottage has its own kitchen and is well-suited to families with young children. Activities like crabbing, kayaks, the pool, and tennis keep all ages engaged.
Do you arrange photography?
Yes — we work with trusted local photographers who know the property. They can be added to your package, or you're welcome to bring your own.
