    • 18 Minutes to Easton

    • 9 Minutes to the Oxford - Bellevue Ferry (Summer Only)

Pricing

  • General Pricing: If you’re looking for a rule of thumb, our pricing is approximately $500 per guest per day. This estimate includes single occupancy accommodations, meals, and applicable taxes and service fees as well as activities for your group!

    • Here is a breakdown of cost & here you can find an all inclusive SAMPLE INVOICE for 25 guest. 

      • Lodging: Starting at 350 per night per room/ night, with group discounts available for larger groups.

      • Dining Packages: From $100-165 per person, per day, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Custom options available.

      • Activities: Pricing varies by activity, starting at $25 per person. Full activity packages available upon request.

      • Meeting Spaces: Rental fees start at $500 per day, with discounts for multi-day events.

      • Transportation: Shuttle services start at $200 per group, depending on distance and group size.
