Thank you for staying with us at Moofy's! We hope you had a memorable stay. Please follow the instructions below for our checkout procedures:

Check-out is at 11:00 AM.

Renter is required to leave the Property in the same general condition as it was found.

 

Our staff will inspect each Property after it is vacated.

 

Renters are liable for damages not reported at check-in. We do not expect our Renter to undertake any heavy cleaning tasks, but we do expect the following to be completed:

​

• Clean dishes and put them away.

• Turn the heat to 55 in winter and the air conditioning to 77 in summer.

• Bag and tie all trash and place it in outside trash bins. Trash must be in bags, not loose.

• Empty and wipe out the refrigerator.
• Turn off all inside and outside lights.
• Lock all doors and windows.
• Hang all wet towels.
• Return all furniture to its original placement.​

• Return bikes, fishing gear and outdoor games to their original location.

• Please clean up any kid's toys and place them back in the original bins and location.

A minimum fee of $500, plus any additional incurred expenses, will be applied if checkout procedures are not followed.
