General Rules:

  • Please feel free to make use of the cleaning supplies, paper towels, and garbage bags. Please be respectful and if you run out or use an entire box, replenish it for the next guests.

  • Please make sure to only enter the house you are renting and any labeled amenity spaces on the property. The main lodge is not for general guest use, it is rented to groups privately.

  • No fireworks are allowed on the property.

  • Please return bikes after use so that other guests can enjoy them as well.

  • Please leave the pool area clean. Once you have left the pool area, put towels in the hamper and close the umbrellas fully.

  • For your first visit to the petting zoo, please schedule a quick intro with our caretaker. He can give you some instructions on how to care for the animals then you will be able to visit on your own.

  • The only guests allowed on the grounds are the ones staying overnight on the property, no day guests.

  • There is a compost pile in the garden area, compost can be put directly there. The rabbits love veggie scraps and the chickens will happily eat any unwanted leftovers! There is a black trough in the chicken run where scraps can be placed.

  • Swimming in the bay during the month of July and August may be challenging due to the jellyfish. Please swim at your own risk and be cautious of this.
