"We had a lovely 5 days at Moti's house. There are 2 separate staircases to bedrooms, which made our large family of children and grandchildren feel comfortable and spread out. The kids loved the pool, the swings, the art room and the trampoline, the basketball, the tennis, and of course, the daily ice cream. We hardly went into town because there was so much to do on the property. Andrew, who manages the property, always responded very quickly to any of the small issues we had. He brought us a new toaster within 5 minutes of our asking (turned out someone had flipped the power surge). When our outdoor garbage bin was full, he or someone made sure to empty it. We hope to go back again next summer!

We spent a long weekend at this beautiful house to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. The location is just perfect, as it is on the Choptank River. There is a fire pit outside and a great big outdoor dining table. There is also a large communal firepit for all the properties and a long pier with fishing equipment to use! We had great weather and were able to spend a lot of time outdoors. Since the location is part of a vacation area, there are multiple amenities including tennis, basketball, bikes, etc. There’s even a small little library on the property that is fully stocked with books. The home itself is quite large. There is plenty of room to spread out and have some quiet time if needed. Most of the bedrooms have their own bathrooms which is certainly a plus. Andrew, the caretaker, is available if needed and always responded quickly to any questions or concerns. The house is newly remodeled and I’m sure they will continue to add things or make it even better!! It really is lovely and definitely spacious. Thank you for hosting us!

We had an incredible weekend at Moofy’s Farm and recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing family-friendly getaway on the bay - from the pool to tennis court to art barn to kayaks, there was no shortage of things to do on and around the property - and the kids had a great time visiting the animals and ice cream “shop”. Everything in and outside of the house made you feel right at home, including the welcoming caretaker and his family. And although we could have easily spent the whole weekend on the property, the proximity to St Michael’s and Easton and the Bellevue-Oxford ferry made it super easy and fun to explore. Hope to make it back soon!
